The FiiO QX13 is a flagship USB dongle DAC and headphone amplifier that brings desktop-class performance to a truly portable form factor. At its core sits the ESS SABRE PRO ES9027SPRO DAC working in a fully differential 8-channel configuration, paired with the XMOS 16-core XU316 USB controller for ultra-low latency and support for up to 768kHz/32-bit PCM and DSD512 (Native), with full MQA decoding.

Amplification is handled by a specially designed analog stage featuring four TI INA1620 precision amplifier chips and two OPA1692 op-amps, delivering up to 900mW + 900mW of balanced output power at 32Ω in Desktop Mode—enough to drive demanding full-size headphones while maintaining excellent control, dynamics, and channel separation.

The 1.99-inch color LCD with Corning third-generation high-strength glass provides clear visual feedback for volume, gain, sampling rate, USB mode, and EQ status, while multiple UI themes and both portrait/landscape modes offer a polished and modern user experience. Thanks to the patented Desktop Mode with adaptive regulation, the QX13 intelligently balances performance and power consumption depending on the USB power source.

Housed in a fully carbon fiber or aluminum alloy body, the QX13 not only looks and feels premium but also benefits from improved shielding and heat dissipation. It integrates seamlessly into FiiO’s ecosystem via the included magnetic leather case and compatibility with the ESTICK mini power banks, allowing you to build a compact “mini desktop” rig on the go.
