The FiiO K17 is a flagship-class desktop DAC/headphone amplifier built around the AKM AK4191 + dual AK4499EX architecture, operating in a fully balanced topology with separated digital and analogue stages for lower noise, improved channel separation and superior dynamic performance. Its discrete Class AB transistor amplification stage delivers up to 4000 mW + 4000 mW balanced output power, allowing the K17 to drive demanding planar and high-impedance headphones with exceptional authority, control and low distortion.

Beyond pure amplification, the K17 integrates advanced streaming and DSP functionality, including Roon Ready support, AirPlay, Bluetooth with LDAC/aptX codecs, Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi and local USB playback. A 31-band high-precision PEQ system allows detailed acoustic tailoring, while the 3.93-inch touchscreen, balanced XLR outputs, multiple digital/analogue inputs and dedicated low-noise linear power supply position the K17 as a complete high-end desktop audio hub rather than a conventional DAC/amp.
