The Grado Gold4 is the flagship model of the Prestige Series, built on the company’s moving iron architecture, which delivers low moving mass, high signal stability, and excellent long-term consistency. Based on Grado’s patented flux-bridger principle, the design achieves a balance of speed, control, and harmonic integrity without the typical limitations associated with moving coil cartridges.

Technically, the Gold4 features a bonded elliptical diamond stylus mounted on an aluminum cantilever, with a user-replaceable stylus assembly compatible across the Prestige Series. The internal signal path utilizes high-purity 5N OCC copper, while cryogenic treatment and optimized damping reduce resonances, enhancing clarity, dynamic response, and overall tonal coherence.
