The Cambridge Audio L/R S is a compact active stereo speaker system with Class-D amplification rated at 2 × 50 W (100 W total). The driver set comprises a 21 mm aluminium dome tweeter and a 3-inch woofer with a rear reflex port, with a specified frequency response of 55 Hz–24 kHz (±3 dB). DynamEQ is included for volume-dependent tonal compensation.

Connectivity includes Bluetooth with SBC, AAC, aptX and aptX HD, plus wired inputs via an RCA stereo (Aux) pair, USB-C digital audio, and an optical TOSLINK input. Outputs include an RCA subwoofer output for external low-frequency reinforcement and a wired analogue speaker-to-speaker link. There is no HDMI input and no network streaming platform.

Control is via a Bluetooth LE remote, with selectable EQ modes (Normal / Movie / Voice). Physical dimensions are 134 × 226 × 180 mm per speaker, with stated weights of 3.0 kg (primary) and 2.6 kg (secondary).
