The MMF-5.3's distinctive design features top and bottom platforms separated by viso-elastic cones, which provide vibration damping. The turntable comes complete with an Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge, properly aligned and mounted, and a counterweight that is decoupled from the arm to act as a resonance damper. The precision stainless steel main bearing is sheathed in Teflon for noise-free fluid operation.

The MMF-5.3 is more than just a turntable - it's a complete package. The gorgeous high-gloss piano black lacquer finish, top-tier 9" carbon fiber tonearm, and fully adjustable VTA, azimuth, and dampened arm lift mechanism make this turntable a work of art. The DC synchronous motor provides superior speed stability, and the two-speed stepped motor pulley allows for 33 1/3 and 45 rpm playback.
